No Time to Learn Like the Present

Nutrition and working out are like peanut butter for jelly. They just go together. I have been into Nutrition for a really long time now. I have had many trials with errors but have had more success and trials, than anything else. I lover learning new ideas and staples to follow when it comes to different goals in people. I am not a certified or licensed professional, but I am aspiring to be a personal trainer and nutritionist. Nutrition is really easy to pick up on. Having a good starting point or a nudge in the right direction, is very helpful and will fast track any results you will look for. Hopefully the traffic and comments that may be generated through my blog posting, will bring you to your weight loss diet and nutrition goals. I began my fitness journey back in 2004 when I weighed in at 240 pounds. I am currently holding at a steady and pretty lean 195-200 pounds. What I have learned along the way has helped me to become a United States Marine and an avid fitness and nutrition supporter of others. Many other people out there, will know a lot more about nutrition then I do. One thing is for sure though, I have tried many different weight loss diet and nutrition plans or programs out there and I have found a solid program that fits into the needs of those who are looking to lose some weight, look and feel a lot healthier. Be like a sponge and absorb as much information as you can. Knowledge is power. Good Luck!!!!
